KEY POINTS — WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. PickTwist is an entertainment app that streams short interactive AI-generated drama. We do not ask you to upload photos and we do not collect biometric data. We collect device data, app-usage and analytics data, an anonymous app-generated identifier, advertising identifiers (for measuring our ads), and your subscription and purchase data. We use this to run and improve the Service and to measure our advertising. To measure our advertising, we share certain identifiers and events (including app installs, in-app activity, and purchases) with our attribution and advertising partners. We do not sell your personal data in the conventional sense; certain advertising-related sharing may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under US state law, and you can opt out (see Section 6).
