The Content is produced by or for the Company using artificial-intelligence video-generation tools and is intended for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
ARBITRATION: These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision in Section 7 that affects your legal rights. Disputes must be resolved through binding, individual arbitration. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and appellate review is limited. Unless you opt out within 30 days of first use, arbitration is mandatory and exclusive.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT: The stories and video in the Service are generated using artificial intelligence and are labelled as AI-generated as described in Section 3 and in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.
